5 दिसंबर 2023 को मल्टीपल ऑर्गन फेल्योर के कारण दिनेश का निधन हो गया। उनके सह-कलाकार दयानंद शेट्टी ने उनकी मृत्यु की पुष्टि की और कहा, कई जटिलताओं के कारण उन्हें कल रात वेंटिलेटर से हटा दिया गया था। वह लीवर खराब होने के कारण शनिवार से भर्ती थे। उन्होंने मुंबई के थुंगा हॉस्पिटल में रात 12:08 बजे आखिरी सांस ली।

Dinesh died on 5 December 2023 due to multiple organ failure. Her co-star Dayanand Shetty confirmed her death and said, she was taken off the ventilator last night due to multiple complications. He was admitted since Saturday due to liver failure. He breathed his last at 12:08 pm at Thunga Hospital, Mumbai.
